Requirements

• Active North Carolina license
• 1 year of post-graduate experience in primary care/family health
• Medicaid Enrollment
• CAQH Enrollment
• Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
• DEA license eligibility
• Current CPR certification and required vaccinations
