Job Summary

We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA). You'll be a vital part of our team, providing compassionate care and helping educate our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care medical services in person or through telemedicine
  • Supervise office staff
  • Record patient medical histories and symptoms and prepare timely reports
  • Be involved in marketing the Story Family Medicine program
  • Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans
  • Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests, medicines, and treatments
  • Participate in after-hours call pool for urgent care needs, on average 6 days per month
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments

Qualifications

  • Active FNP or Physician Assistant certification
  • Commitment to excellence and professional growth
  • People person with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to continue professional development
